The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) offers entry-level support to help older Australians keep living independently at home. Rose Life Care partners with Australian Unity to deliver CHSP services — we come to you, help you get set up, and book in your support.

CHSP is often the first step into home care — for older people who need a little help to keep doing the things they enjoy and stay safe at home, without a full package of support. The funding is held by Australian Unity, and Rose Life Care is proud to partner with them to deliver your services.
