With a background in aged care, Scott leads Rose Life Care with a focus on genuine, dependable support and a commitment to helping older Australians live well at home.
Bronwyn Finn
Care & Quality Director & Co-Founder
Bronwyn brings deep experience in care and a personal understanding of what families need — she's a full-time carer for her own mother, and that lived experience shapes how we care for every client.
Shawn Bone
Finance Director & Co-Founder
Scott's brother Shawn brings a background in finance, automation and entrepreneurship — building the smart systems that keep Rose Life Care efficient and give clients more freedom and flexibility.
Named after family.
Rose Life Care is named after Rose Bone — mother to Scott and Shawn. Her name is a daily reminder of who we're here for, and the kind of care we'd want for the people we love most.
