The heart behind our name.
Started in 2022, in the Wide Bay.
We started Rose Life Care in 2022, after moving up to the Wide Bay from Port Macquarie. Bronwyn and Scott had both worked in aged care, and we wanted to do it differently — to build a company that genuinely cares for its clients and their families, and helps older Australians stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible, with their dignity intact.
Scott's brother Shawn joined us, bringing a background in finance, automation and entrepreneurship. He saw a way to bring smart systems and technology into the business — keeping things efficient behind the scenes so our clients get more freedom, more flexibility and more time.

Where we're headed.
In 2025 we expanded into the Mid North Coast, returning to Port Macquarie — home to much of our family, and a community Scott and Bronwyn knew well. They understood first-hand the need for a genuine care provider there: one that could truly help, and give back to the community. We're growing thoughtfully across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and wherever we go, the personal touch that started it all comes with us.
